Hello Jan ~ I have read all three of your books, some pages over and over as I use your books for references. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I do have a question. How do I find out at what time I was born? I contacted the hospital I was born at and was told that in the fifties the time of birth was not put on the birth certificate. All the people in my family that would possibility know are deceased. Any insight is greatly appreciated. ~ Sincerely, Shirley
Hi Shirley! - To the best of my knowledge you have three other options to identify your exact time of birth (...since the hospital records were not helpful).
First, please contact the Town Offices of the Town/City in which you were born. I know some town offices keep records other than Birth Certificates that often are different & contain more information than the records kept at the hospital you were born in.
Second, although a bit time consuming & perhaps cumbersome, check with the local library in the town you were born. They may have archived a town/local/area newspaper that often contains a "Birth Announcements" Section & often the time of birth is announced here.
Third, I have not looked into this yet myself, but I know there are legitimate Websites on the Internet that can do this research for you (either they help you research it yourself or for a small fee, they can find it for you).

I, Dr. V. N. Sastry am from India and by profession a General Medical Practitioner. I studied Indian Astrology in my teens & was later intoduced to modern or "Western" Astrology. On her Website, we will hopefully (by the end of the year) be announcing Jan's New Book. It is all about Karmic Relationships or more specifically, the meanings of the Nodes in Composite Charts.
For example, what it means when a person's South Node is say... conjunct a planet in your Natal Chart. That is an immediate past life connection that Jan discusses in detail. She writes these scenarios for all the possible Planets, Signs, and House combinations, including Aspects to the Nodes in Composite Charts.
It is quite involved & Jan has been writing it daily for over the past 18 Months!
